The firm needs to do a better job of offering staff with various fields of workload. Management should do a better job of treating employees equally.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The law firm has an environment that is filled with a focus on team work. The staff is nurturing in the sense that it takes the time to help others accomplish goals.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm has a vast amount of work load. As a result, some of the clients are not interesting. There is more of a focus on partners than the actual staff.
