Great people to work and minimum supervision.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
It kind of felt like if you were doing a good/great job you were left to continue working without a hitch and that was management's way of showing you they trust you I suppose? But a little more positive feedback would have been nice.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
If you want to get a good look at the inner workings of a law firm, RA is it. I learned SO much under the associate attorneys. I didn't work too closely with the managing attorney but the full staff was such a joy to work with. I worked long hours but honestly it wasn't bad because I had my space and was allowed to work on my own pace. I had great training and was given good advice throughout all my cases. I never felt alone or too micromanaged either.

THE CLIENTS! I guess this might be the case with a lot of firms but the ungrateful clients was the worst part of the job.
