Retire if you don't get sensitivity and sexual harassment training for the partners. This is a firm just waiting for a sexual harassment lawsuit.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
RUN !!!! The creepy experience with this firm was with Ron Valencia. This is a managing partner and he made me feel creepy because he kept making comments that were clearly unprofessional. There are no female or minority attorneys, and I found out this is an example of a law firm where all the old white guys think it is still 1972.

What did you not like about this institution?
Ron Valencia is a managing partner and he made me feel creepy during the interview. He has weird eyes and it creeped me out because he kept looking at me in a creepy way and making comments.

Ron Valencia - he clearly is a Trump supporter and thinks less of women. I asked around the legal community and found out from female attorney that Ron Valencia has a reputation for being a complete jerk - the whole firm seems like a bunch of ignorant arrogant sexist white guys.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Nothing. My favorite thing was leaving this job, there is no reason for anyone to put up with being treated like less of a person by a bunch of arrogant old white guys. They all need to retire. ESPECIALLY Ron Valencia.
