What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see the firm grow its client list and its size to provide more mobility and chances to rise up in the ranks.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Murphy Rosen is an outstanding firm to learn business and commercial litigation law. It is a small firm which has a nearly perfect balance between a fun culture and being a very professional tax service. And walking across Ocean Drive to look out over the Pacific at lunch is a pretty great perk of the job.
What did you not like about this institution?
Working here has some of the typical downsides to working at a smaller firm. The upward mobility is somewhat limited and can take a long time.
