What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm can improve by allowing lawyers more time off and offering education on substance abuse and tips for healthy balance between the office and home. The firm should recognize that lawyers are people and need vacations.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working here, you will be exposed to many different case materials and types, and many different types of clients. This is good, because we should all seek to expand our practice areas and learn new things.
What did you not like about this institution?
You will be putting in fifty hour weeks every week of the year. You may have to work on holidays and your children's birthdays. Many will not appreciate this.
