Janik LLP lost a huge appeal to a pro se. That means that even non-attorneys can beat these lawyers in the appeal court where it counts. Thanks to their loss now anyone can win civil money in court if they are harmed by someone's criminal act. No more ""secret words"" are needed to win arcane common law tort claims that can only be deciphered by lawyers.
