After asking for advice: This is not rocket science. You initial the lines in front of Paragraphs: A, D, F and M WHILE IN FRONT OF THE NOTARY. You then sign the POA (above where your name is printed) WHILE IN FRONT OF THE NOTARY…. I’m not sure what is getting lost in the translation. The notary then notarizes your signature and BOOM, you are done….. I cannot even imagine what you did wrong, since it is so basic. Best regards, Sharon

Karl: I can follow all over the internet if you want, but if you are going to trash me, you should really tell the whole story....that we gave you instructions 3 times. We even sent you a sample highlighted showing exactly where to initial and sign. 4 initials and a signature Yet you couldn't even manage to follow the most basic instructions and somehow that is my fault? I'm sorry if my impatience hurt your feelings, but your utter inability to follow instructions is not my fault. You have a good day now.
