What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There should be more attorneys working at this firm so the work hours can be cut down some. It was mentally exhausting working this long, but if more people worked there, it wouldn't be so bad.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I entered this firm right after graduating from Law School. Many of the attorneys took me under their wing. They remember how it was when they first graduated. This firm felt more like a family to me because of the close work environment. The long hours prepared me for what's to come in my career.

What did you not like about this institution?
The long working hours. I did not expect to be working 15 hours a day when I first started here but that's exactly what happened. Although this is a great work environment, the work itself is exhausting.
