What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think there needs to be more training done to make sure the people skills of some partners and associates improve to help our clients feel more welcomed at the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I like the pay and benefits that we get at the firm. They seem to be in line with the other firms in the area. There are also decent amenities at the work place.

What did you not like about this institution?
The flaws at the firm are something that I have issues with. The partners and most of the associates tend to only care about financial gains. And I understand that it is a business, but the attitude some of the people here take towards our clients doesn't seem to be very healthy for business.
