What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Continue to engage and train the staff in the way that you are doing. It is really a family type atmosphere. Very involved group.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The people. Everyone that works here is serious about their job. Its fun to work in a place that does such good things for its clients.

What did you not like about this institution?
It really doesnt have a worst. Lots of volume make the work life demanding. There are a ton of clients that call on a daily basis and somehow we get to them all.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Two partners. Both are very approachable. I really would be remiss if I said anything negative about either of them.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Employees are like family. Great work environment. Great training to be in the legal field. Most of the employees are college educated and many judges have recommended their legal interns to work here to get great training.
