Stop believing on the wording of Delhi office manager. If she knows everything behorehand, why she allows the mistake to happen and then blame someone??

Flexible timings and no work culture or work ethics.... Peons or support staff can leave office before attorney and without taking permission from attorney... Again all power lies with a manager who happened to be sitting and having lunch with peons and support staff. How can an office decorum be maintained in such situations??

At least look beyond the wordings of incompetent Delhi office manager who had almost dropped your all client accounts. There is one attorney who is favorite to the bosses and has no basic knowledge of patents. Management should look beyond the favorites
