What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Treat co-workers with respect. Say good morning to people. Try not to let your misery with your existence seep into the way you treat others. Don't threaten to fire people all the time. It doesn't inspire them. It makes them hate you even more. Your reputation as a small town land use attorney isn't enough. Be humane.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This office is in downtown Haddonfield which is close to lots of places for lunch and shopping. They pay on time, well below market value, but on time.

What did you not like about this institution?
This is the worst place to work in the entire world. It is an awful, awful place. The partners are miserable, mean bullies. They ask you to do an assignment you've never done before and get mad if you have a question. They are terrible people. They can't get an associate to last more than 2.5 years. They fire people left and right without any warning or opportunity to improve. If you leave a nice, normal place to work here you will regret it forever.

Advice to firm management, there is not management. They have one person with no experience. She will not teach you anything and throw you under the bus. The attorneys go to her for everything and ignore you. You will not feel like a person, they make you feel stupid.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Nothing.

What did you not like about this institution?
The attorneys have no respect. They have one person doing it all and she is sloppy. Your job will be to clean up after all of them. The land use attorney will put you down and speak down to you. I would stay away.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Train people and do not treat people like they are stupid. The majority of people who work there could do your job but you do not teach so you can keep yours. Your a control freak and back stabber. You act like your a friend but then run your mouth to the attorneys. Waste of time.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay is good but it is not worth it as the people you work with are miserable.

What did you not like about this institution?
The attorneys. There are finally 3 attorneys. You are told to answer a phone but they hate to take phone calls from clients. One person does everything. The one attorney is very mean, will curse at you and put you down. The other attorney is not up to date with technology and has you do senseless things that she ask you to do just because she feels empowered. She makes racist comments, and talks politics.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is run by some of the best attorneys in the business in the area. In this role you are able to get a feel for all aspects of the business from each of the three attorneys as well as the paralegal. Everyone was more than willing to have me get involved in cases they are working on. Each member of the team is fair, hard working and kind. Outside of typical legal assistant day to day work, the paralegal was always open to having me get involved in other projects that were of interest.

What did you not like about this institution?
n/a - I think in reading these other reviews on the site it is clear that these are previous disgruntled employees who did not meet the expectations of management.

Neither of them, they are both full of knowledge and I felt lucky to get to learn from them.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The location is great, if you are in the area or Philly it's very easy to get to with the speedline right across the street. The firm is nimble and provides a real opportunity to learn and get involved.

Get a degree in management and learn the roles of what a real manager does.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is nothing good about this firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
Everything. Terrible work place. You can tell the positive review was from an employee that is either one of Mr. Del Duca's children or the paralegal but she is not that smart to type like that. It could also be the associate attorney writing a review as well. Either way, I know it is not a former employee, no one left there on good terms. They even terminated one of the best paralegals who taught the "now" paralegal how to do everything.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The time and dedication the firm has to each and every one of its clients. I worked there for over 6 years and the dedication the senior attorneys had to their clients was unparalleled. It influenced me to the same level of dedication to my clients. This firm will always work on hard on your legal matter, no matter what.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The boutique setting with the experience level of the attorneys. You're going to get "Big Law" level of experience of its attorneys, but with the attention of a smaller firm. This firm delivers excellent service and results to its clients.
