Focus on hiring quality people that you think will last instead of creating a revolving door situation. It makes it difficult for upper level employees to keep track of they’re cases.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Many of the attorneys are willing to help if you have questions. Some upper level partners work very well with lower level employees.

What did you not like about this institution?
You will of course get the few attorneys who think you’re unintelligent for asking questions they think you should know the answer to. Human Resources is non existent.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
All of the partners are fine and do not need to be avoided. Unless it’s trial time, then remember to walk on eggshells because fuses can be short.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Human Resources, while not good at being professional, always held a good Christmas party. Good place to build personal connections with colleagues.
