What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
(1) Fabulous new Executive Director who is warm and witty. She does a fabulous job of running the office and creating a warm environment with a "young vibe." (2) Attorneys are given as much responsibility as they can handle. An excellent place to learn and work up the ladder. The very best are promoted to supervisors, paid extremely well and in charge of other attorneys. (3) Lovely Century City location, near both Westfield Century City shopping/restaurants and Beverly Hills. (4) Bagels every Friday, happy hours a few times per year.

Nobody is micro-managed here. Attorneys have their own caseloads from the start.
