What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Phelim is the best solicitor in Ireland to work for. He is totally fair, honest and decent. Phelim should be highly recommended

What did you not like about this institution?
There is no worst. I think this is the best place ever. This is the best law firm I ever worked at.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?

Keep doing what you are doing! What a great place to work，it’s so much easier to work for a firm that is respected by its clients!

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Phelim looks after each and every client, whether they are free legal aid or fee paying, Asif they are his only priority. Phelim is the best solicitor I have ever dealt with.

What did you not like about this institution?
I wish there was more than one Phelim O’Neill! The only problem is Phelim’s model restricts the number of client’s he can sign up,

N/A Phelim is a solo practitioner so each client gets all the attention they require from the main man. Nice to come to work and not need to avoid anyone!

Phelim is a solo practitioner so each client gets all the attention they require. Also his website http://www.phelimoneill.ie is very informative. A great place to work!
