Never Ever cheat any client!! Please make sure and remember that you can lie to client but not to lord almighty.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I am Ex Employee of the Firm that is located in Burlington, VT. The firm handles Federal Cases in VT and NY City

What did you not like about this institution?
I have been associated with JMW and my blood boils to even talk about them and their unethical practices. As a honest human being, i decided to leave them because of the pain caused by them to lot of clients down the road. I am sure my words are enough to explain about the law firm.

I will advice all the clients to make sure they do not get caught in their tricks!! I will not recommend this Firm!!

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
There is nothing favorite about the law firm!! They will always lie to you!! They always will tell you!!Lot of Ego to win the case!!

Mr. Paul should fire Brooks McArthur and David William, else someone will sue them. Please make sure your partners are honest to the clients. and should not cheat clients.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Brooks and David are partners of the firm and my friend worked with this Firm and had really chilling experience.

What did you not like about this institution?
I was also recommended by my friend and was promised a deal by Brooks and David but they were totally unprofessional and unethical in their approach.. I tried to reach them and everytime I was told they are in the courthouse but to be honest I came to know they were always lying.

I would like to give a honest advice to the firm stating that please don't try to cheat the honest clients. You will have to pay in heaven if you cheat.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The Firm is Partnership of Jarvis, McArthur and Williams located in Burlington, VT, I had the opportunity to work with them for a short time. I was not happy because Attorney Brooks McArthur lied to all the clients and told the interns to lie which was not possible.

What did you not like about this institution?
Attorney Brooks McArthur behaviour towards the clients and the intern was totally unprofessionally and unethically.. Many of the clients have told us about how Brooks cheated them

I would say that please try to avoid such firm . They have built relationship with US Attorneys Office and have been trying to punish innocent people.

Not sure what can be done. Stop pretending to be a big firm, ruining careers by hiring people to work there? New management might help but this is such a bad firm and has such a horrible reputation that it will probably take decades to fix.

The Firm is located in Burlington, VT and is few blocks away from the Court House. They deal in Federal Criminal Defense.

What did you not like about this institution?
It is a law firm and a place to work? This is not a good firm and not a pleasant place to work--the only redeeming quality is that it does pay something.

Every attorney hates working here. The work is horrible. This is an criminal defense firm pretending to be a big firm. Horrible reputation and management--STAY AWAY!

The only thing is.. this firm pretend to be a biggest law firm in Vermont and I really had a bad experience with the team of attorneys at large.

The Firm cannot be trusted . The Firm operates on the Orders of US Attorney Office The Firm promises are all Fake. The Firm tries to cheat all the Clients. Never ever trust this Firm!!

Get a new couch for the waiting room... I don't have much advice. They do their job and they know what they're doing.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Friendly office staff, knowledgeable Attorneys, easy location in Burlington. If I ever need an attorney again I will be contacting JMW.

What did you not like about this institution?
I mean, there is no worst. They did what I hired them to do, and they were efficient and dedicated.

I have only worked with two of the attorneys. They were both friendly and helpful and gave me all the guidance I needed throughout my case. From what I've seen and heard they are all the best in the business and they live up to their fantastic reputation.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Easy access in Burlington. The staff is all friendly. The attorneys are smart and tenacious. They won my case and kept in contact without me about all proceedings. If I ever need to hire an attorney again, I will go straight to Jarvis, McArthur, and Williams
