You should never allow a firm administrator to run the bosses.

I go way back with the attorneys and they were always good to me.

What did you not like about this institution?
I was a senior paralegal there for years. The firm administrator made my life hell. She will micro-manage everything you do. You will never do anything right.

We were an honest firm with a good reputation and then my job became handling the endless list of upset customers.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Cheryl is very nice.

What did you not like about this institution?
Matthew is incompetent and regularly makes misleading statements to potential clients. The attorneys condone this behavior and the partners encourage it.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Nathan doesn't like to do any work anymore and yet he tells every client that he is personally reviewing their case.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The team lunches were awesome and we did help some good people especially in 2017 and 2018. Make your customers a priority and make the firm can recover if it changes its values entirely.
