What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Her work is I’m sure stellar as an office manager but her customer service and interpersonal skills are far too inadequate.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Very kind and supportive attorneys and support staff. Excellent work ethic. Strong client relation and follow-up habits. Take all prospective cases with diligent attention.

What did you not like about this institution?
The office manager in her attempts to be professional - took things too far when she argued and haggled with a temporary employee over hours sat behind the desk. I conceded 30 minutes of my time for any brakes for the sake of receiving approval and getting paid in time, which angered her and she tried to allege time discrepancies which did not occur.

No partners to avoid. Kind and capable advocates. Hard working and attentive towards clients and collaterals that came through the office

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The interpersonal skills of partners. Attorney dedication to their work and their attentiveness in their meeting and interaction with clients
