Spread out the work load more or hire more associates to allow things to cool down and allow for employees to be less stressed. It will work better in the long run.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everything about this firm is top notch and enjoyable to be around. Everyone is very smart and experienced, which allows me to learn more.

What did you not like about this institution?
It gets stressful at times with how busy it is and I do end up working very long hours at times , which takes away from other things I like to get done.
