Keep steady and continue to grow steadily. The firm is small and is focused and perhaps that will be your strength.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a small close knit firm. You could trust anyone and it had a family type feel. Everyone was willing to do what they could to help the firm grow. I could count on anyone there for help.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm is new and has yet to grow. There is only a small area that the firm practices in. If you have an interest in a field outside of those, then this firm is not for you.
