Advice to law firm management: As clients are extremely demanding, you will need to work hard. If you are able to please your clients, management may consider you for promotions and other career advancement opportunities.
Pros: Bennett Tueller Johnson Deere, LLC has a friendly atmosphere, mostly nice people and open-door policy. Excellent attorneys and staff. Compensation is competitive including matching 401k.
Cons: The firm management was slow to respond to suggestions and make administrative changes in the office. Apart from that I feel that there is literally little to no room for vertical or lateral growth.
