Updating computer systems between the offices would be helpful. More firm wide meetings to develop and mentor new attorneys. Otherwise excellent firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A close knit firm that supports its attorneys in their professional growth. A high premium is placed on striving for excellence.

What did you not like about this institution?
Requires its attorneys to be dedicated to building a practice. Partners can be relentless in pushing for business development. Everyone is busy so they require you to be very independent.

Don't be afraid to ask questions and get help when you need it. They are very understanding and will do their best to help you succeed.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Even though I've only been with them for 4 months, I can confidently say that this is a fantastic firm to grow your career.

What did you not like about this institution?
There are a lot of hours to be worked. The overtime is occasionally mandatory, but it pays well.
