What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
On-boarding a little more would have saved me from a meeting with HR. Since that has been sorted out, I love it.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
So far, its great. Ive been employed for 6 months. Highly professional staff.

What did you not like about this institution?
It was confusing at first, I thought one person was my actual boss. She was not, so it made things rough until I spoke with HR and they explained the chain of command.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Women with a well earned grey hair to have more power. If you are bleach blonde or brunette and thin and bubbly with perky everything, you seem to have better pay and get the better cases. Randy and Mike are excellent colleagues.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I am strong at keeping conversations short, and do not mingle with the paralegals or assistants. They will cause middle school problems and general angst.its a bit like a soap opera at times. I enjoy the boomers and GenX age groups. They are reasonable. Its a good paycheck and secure place to work. It is impossible to be fired. I have time to record my successful podcast, and read which are some of my hobbies, along with my rescue pups. If you can tolerate the younger green grasshoppers you will be fine.

What did you not like about this institution?
Avoid company parties because the claws and very low cut dresses and short hemlines will come out. Its simply painful to attend. The men are to themselves, which leaves me stuck with an awkward spotlight since my significant other has married someone half his age.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
I agree with another review, I'm ready to retire or quit.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Flexibility, great co-workers, computers and office needs are maintained and up to date. Im 30, and I intend on staying. Staff is truly a team, there's rarely any personality conflicts. Everyone strives to respect each other. Communication is good. I've only encountered one or two dissatisfied employees.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
No unnecessary meetings, just lots of work. The office is really nice.

What did you not like about this institution?
The commute can be long, but that's expected. I get more work done in office without distractions at home.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everything is top notch, professional, I miss it! We moved out of state so I left this wonderful group! Im still in contact with my colleagues. Its the best firm! The employees are hand picked, the best of the best. The pay rate above industry standard.

What did you not like about this institution?
I have nothing negative to say about this employer. The negative review must be a "karen" because I worked here for almost 5 years, and never experienced anything like that. The person must miss Michigan or wherever else was mentioned.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I do not care, I want out, there's too much to change.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
My favorite thing is leaving work, im a 60 something year old and I get zero respect. The pay is average at best. I plan to move to Michigan with my mom. Prices for clients are high, just save yourself stress, do not work here. The insurance is onay. If you are young and married and from Texas you will be great. I am not a good match for this place. Im out of here soon.

What did you not like about this institution?
Im a highly intelligent and experienced woman. I like Todd in my office, hes reasonable, other than that its a nightmare. I miss Las Vegas.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Get rid of the millennial mind set, and the paralegals are not any help. I wish my now ex significant other and I had never moved here from Vegas. Depressing working environment.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Im actively looking for a firm more supportive of females.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
One partner is reasonable. Benefits are okay.

What did you not like about this institution?
It is difficult to have people half my age telling me what to do. Or using my skill and ecpetience to suceed and become a partner.I am single now, not by my choice. It seems that not having a significant other makes it awkward at company functions. I loathe going places alone in public. No warm fuzzies or family atmosphere here.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I love the business model, I look forward to going to work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Positive feedback, and plenty of smart and wise leadership. The compensation is great, my colleagues are truly caring and have been a great asset in my growth. I love working in the office. Everything I need is there to do my job.

What did you not like about this institution?
Remote work was less productive for me. I enjoy being in a professional setting where I can focus and be a high achiever. The perks of being in the office are numerous. I can consult with colleagues or help with anything at a moments notice. I plan to stay and my goal is to be a partner in the future! I am eager to learn.

I would say to avoid any negative people and just focus on the goals and work. There are not many negative people.Overall its very positive and a very christian atmosphere.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Perhaps more employee surveys would help the unhappy employees relay their concerns. The phones are not always answered very professionally in some of the offices.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Dress code and more flexibility in days off.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Below average compensation. There are a number of gossip girls who scheme office upheaval. Im too old for that high-school drama. I read books instead for my dose of fun drama. The option to work remotely is why I stay. The cases are interesting and I stay to myself.

No incentive to work harder, low employee satisfaction

Hold everyone accountable for their job tasks.

Longer deadlines, less workload

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Flexible hours, I am able to work from my house with my pets. The commute is long, so this is a huge bonus. The employees are semi friendly.
