1.0Former EmployeeDo not accept a job offer here.Senior Paralegal RecommendProsThey did allow remote work.ConsRevolving door/insane turnover. In busy times, they seek out, hire, and shamelessly promote the new hires on LinkedIn knowing that they will then let them go when things slow down. I wish I had listened to the many people who told me not to go here. They just do not care about their employees. Additionally, this did not happen to me but I saw first hand how they fire entry level paralegals for making mistakes when the mistakes are happening because they were just thrown in and not trained properly.

The review of the Romer Debbas, LLP was stellar.

5.Current EmployeeGreat teamMay 10, 2021 - Attorney in New York, NYRecommendProsWorking at Romer Debbas has been a great experience so far. The volume is high, but the leadership recognizes hard work and works to constantly communicate with team members to ensure everyone is ok. Team work is important at the firm and the environment is collegial. If you want to learn a lot and and grow in your profession, this is the place to work.ConsNo cons really, but expect to hit the ground running as a new hire!

Unfavorable Work Culture at Romer Debbas, LLP

Do not work here. High turnover with inhumane hiring and firing practices. Management disregards employees' well-being. Entry-level paralegals suffer from lack of proper training.
