What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would set clear guidelines for some sort of training program and just what exactly everyone is supposed to be doing. Also, better disciplinary actions.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Lou Probasco is one of the most competent attorneys I have ever met and she will always know the best way of doings things.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm can be pretty disorganized and there will not always be a clear idea of what you are supposed to be doing. There also can be a lot of drama

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Considering there is only one, there is no one to avoid really. Just be wary going in that it will be a little dizzying at times.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
I did love all the things I was able to learn since Lou is so smart and willing to teach. She has a lot of stories and can learn a lot if patient.
