Stop wasting people's time by stringing people along trying to find hernia mesh cases.

What did you not like about this institution?
I was really surprised to read all the GOOD reviews. I contacted Neil Shouse about my medical malpractice case and got nothing but the run around and wasted almost a year with this legal group. I made it quite clear my problem was SURGICAL TACKS used in a hernia repair, NOT a hernia mesh case. My mesh was fine. After over a half year I got a nice letter from their medical review team saying "Sorry, you don't have a mesh malpractice case." I NEVER had a mesh malpractice case and told Neil Shouse that from the beginning. I wasted the limited time I had to file a suit because I dealt with this group.

Only dealt with Neil Shouse.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
None. Total waste of my time.
