What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I am very loyal to Sobo & Sobo who really helped me in a lot of ways when I needed it the most. They treat you great here, not like stuffy lawyers, and do a great a job in getting the most for injuries. I know that certain aspects of my case were not easy, but this firm treated me like gold and got a great result in the process. 100% great job!

Greg needs to get a grip and realize not everyone in his inner circle has the best intentions for him or the firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
Having worked for Sobo for nearly three years words cannot express how terrible this place has become. Every member of “management” lacks professionalism, communication and even basic knowledge of the company policies. Favoritism is the word of the day, everyday. Every employee I speak to, which is almost all, as I was in the financial department is dissatisfied and disgusted with the current state of things. I have never had to be subjected to such a toxic, disorganized and downright disrespectful place in my life. Employees are a revolving door. The lack of respect for clients permeates every level of this business. 0/10 would not recommend for clients or potential employees.

Avoid Greg, Carole and Michael. They are all self serving and will replace you if you speak up against them.

As an employee of Sobo & Sobo, I wanted to leave a review because I've worked for other law firms and corporate companies and Sobo & Sobo is different- not only can you tell they care about their clients and employees the moment you walk in, you can also tell because Greg and his team are so hands-on. They WANT to know if there is an issue so they can address it immediately, they ASK questions, and actually LISTEN to answers and incorporate them into plans. There are so many great and exciting things happening at Sobo that will positively impact both the client experience and the employees that work here. They grow from within first and backfill any spots of those that were promoted. The team is growing rapidly and there are tons of opportunities to learn and move up. If you are considering applying to work for the firm, the future is bright at Sobo & Sobo!

They are the worst attorneys ever never called me back I left message after message they gave me the run around then sent a letter in the mail saying the can’t represent me which is very unprofessional please don’t go to these guys they are con artists
