What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would suggest that there be some teamwork exercises put into place to help build a trust. There seems to be staff that feel like other members of staff are out for their jobs and are eager to flip a switch. I would also suggest more staffing. I think having more employees there at the firm would help ease some of the tension that the staff has.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
At the firm, there are a lot of great staff members that are friendly and would help to an extent. The lawyers here are knowledgeable and expect perfection in case work, which is understood. I enjoy working with the staff who knows what they are doing.

What did you not like about this institution?
A lot of times, when things get tough or in a pinch the staff are quick to point fingers and not so quick to lend a helping and understanding hand. A lot of the staff are fast to backstab and are generally untrusting of each other. When things like this happen, it is when people in the firm turn nasty.
