This firm needs to pay their employees more if they expect employees to stick around. Having a good work environment is one thing, but people won't want to stay if they can get a better pay elsewhere.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm prides themselves in offering a positive work environment and encouraging team work. It participates in several team building exercises they use in hopes of boosting employee satisfaction and working well with others. Employees state they feel like family among one another and feel closer than any previous employer they've worked with.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, the pay rates provided in this firm could be much better. The pay scale in this firm is much lower compared to other law firms in the area and employees are seeking employment elsewhere because of this.
