What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes the closeness leads to some petty fights or finger pointing, but in the end we do get over it. At the beginning I wish we had more training, but I think theiridea is that we should learn by trial and error.

Treat your workers equally, and offer more opportunities for advancement to employees based on merit.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You get the opportunity to work on different kinds of cases. This firm really cares for its employees. People are generally nice.

What did you not like about this institution?
As it's a satellite office, all the decisions are made at headquarters. Advancement is given by favoritism, not effort or skill.

Don't work yourself too hard. Ask questions so you are sure of what you are doing every day.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I love how friendly and warm the entire staff is. They will bend over backwards to make sure that you are successful.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is a lot of work to be done and it seems like there is never enough time to finish everything in a day.
