The firm now has two distinct, but complementary practice areas – condominium association representation and civil litigation. With the addition of Matthew Perlstein’s group, we strengthen our expertise in representing condominium and homeowner associations. Mr. Perlstein is regarded as the dean of Connecticut condominium law, having lectured and written extensively on the subject, provided expert witness and consulting services and participated in the drafting of portions of the Common Interest Ownership Act. He is co-author of the Connecticut Common Interest Ownership Manual (2d Ed.) and is a Fellow of the College of Community Association Lawyers. We continue to litigate in a wide variety of matters, including commercial and business litigation, personal injury and insurance, construction defect and condominium litigation. The firm is located in central Connecticut and practices in all Connecticut state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate level. Founded in 1994, the firm now has six lawyers. We zealously and creatively represent clients to promote their best interests in a productive, ethical and cost effective manner. We have a capable, committed and courteous team of lawyers and staff who work closely with clients to achieve the results they need.
