What did you not like about this institution?
Highly Recommend anyone who values work life balance and mental stability to NOT WORK HERE! Name Partner waits until the last minute to respond to deadlines and will keep you until late. He belittles young and senior lawyers and has cameras installed throughout the office and in each of the attorneys' offices. There is NO PRIVACY. Name Partner will call meetings that drag on for hours and have nothing to do with work but rather his political opinions and conspiracy theories routinely. He overburdens the staff and the attorneys with a heavy caseload and severely micromanages each team. Even worse, the firm will make you wait months (if you are lucky) prior to receiving your bi-annual distribution for the cases you close out, if you get anything at all. Name Partner promises to pay a percentage to the attorneys that settle a case or refer a case to the firm but then refused to pay a penny and caused some of the attorneys to lose tens of thousands of dollars and never paid them!! Several attorneys quit. He runs the firm off of fear.
