There is nothing I could say that would this place improvable. Its beyond salvageable as far as being a decent place to work goes.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The only good thing about working at SGIJ is that you will hate it so much you will quit before too long.

What did you not like about this institution?
Life is simply too short and precious to work at this abject dumpster fire. Go do something, ANYTHING, else with your time. Your current job cannot possibly be worse than this.

ENJOY confusion, ad hominem insults, stress and an endless stream of contradicting instructions? Congratulations, this place might be for you.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
My favorite thing about this firm is that I never have to set foot in or near it ever again.
