Don't know who is worse, Stanley or Furr. They both scream at you like you are a piece of crap. Don't realize it's them that are pieces if crap. Karma works. They will get theirs.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Realize that the ""little individuals"" keep your business running....without them you don't have anything. Attorneys make the charge...your staff gets the cash the hard way. This is a revolving door of customers and employees on account of the awful notoriety and bungle. Contract someone to help deal with the organization better.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is a great deal of intriguing work here. Offices are around to team up with when you require more skill or help. There are a lot of knowledgeable people to talk to and learn from.

What did you not like about this institution?
I don't trust their excursion days off. It is sufficient in light of the fact that the firm works their staff very hard. The compensation is not focused and very low.

This is the absolute most RUDE and unprofessional company I have every worked with in my life. They LIE and overcharge...I WOULD NOT SEND MY WORST ENENMY TO THIS COMPANY. I RANKED THIS 1 STAR TO ENSURE THIS WAS RECORDED...However I rank this -10. BUYER BEWARE! DISHONEST, THEY YELL AND ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Continue doing what you're doing. You can't please all of the people all of the time, but most here know that the management of this firm does work hard to achieve just that.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Brinkley Morgan is a long-standing and well respected firm with offices in Broward and Palm Beach county. Attorneys are board certified specialists in a variety of practice areas and there is much collaboration across the various departments. There is a genuine work/life balance and both staff and associates are are mentored, with ongoing training and opportunity. I am both proud and grateful to be a part of this organization.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've worked for several other law firms in the area, and this one by far has the best work environment. The staff and attorneys are friendly and there is a real team environment. They are flexible and understanding when you need to take time off, which is especially helpful when you have a family to take care of!

The firm management really cares about the employees and are very generous. They work hard to create an enjoyable work environment for the staff.

There isn't any "best" in this law firm. Stanley is not who she claims to be.

Hard working, ethical group of attorneys and staff. A true team environment with supportive management. Partners provide meaningful mentorship to both staff an associates. Many are board certified in their specific practice areas, providing top-tier representation.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have worked here for over 10 years and find that all of the attorneys and management care about the employees. They are always boosting moral in the firm and often organize events for everyone to get together and make the team feel like more like a family. During COVID and thereafter, they adapted with the new times and are extremely flexible with the employees. This has been by far the best firm I have ever worked for in my 30 years in the business.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
My favorite thing about the firm is the partners, attorneys and management acknowledging individual's accomplishments and milestones. The professionalism of this firm to their clients is top notch.
