What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I feel first, Thomas Clar and Jared Ede should immediately lose their law license indefinitely and be subject to prosecution if they don’t exit the profession of law all together. Once these bad apples ( Thomas Clar and Jared Ede) are removed, the bar association in coordination with the state legislature should provide oversight to ensure the focus of this firm complies with local, state, and federal law.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Nothing. Zero transparency, zero integrity, no course established principles if the paycheck is big enough, unscrupulous to the core, and an embarrassment to Georgetown Law.

What did you not like about this institution?
When you go through six years of schooling and receive a law degree, it takes into an account that there is a base level of acceptance in terms of thinking. Being a passionate advocate of the law and all types of jurisprudence, I expected this firm to at a minimum have an entry-level understanding the law. Well, I have learned that when the paycheck is big enough, Clare Lock LLP throws all principles to the wind. I did not expect a group of people who went to school for six years to all agree unanimously to forgo their training and education. I did not see that coming.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Bringing in a knowledgeable legal director who can implement simplified multi regression various analysis. In order to maintain profitability, compliance, and a positive public image.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The disbarrment of all the partners, and all longtime associates.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The fact that they have very punchable faces, make great punching bag covers.

What did you not like about this institution?
Their absence of ethics and eagerness to represent all kinds of crooks and criminal organizations.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
By quitting law altogether and surrendering themselves to the authorities for aiding and abetting criminals.
