Act professional. Pay better. Offer your employees a break, not just an unpaid lunch. Try to keep staff longer than a year.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There are no best anythings to say about this firm. The only person that is treated fairly is the lawyer's best friend: the wills clerk.

What did you not like about this institution?
Very unprofessional atmosphere. Low pay and only average benefits. Only 35 hours per week. The wills and estates clerk. Always new staff.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Beautiful office space. Each employee has their own office. Bonuses. Great benefits for a small town firm. Lawyer is compassionate and flexible. Clients are lovely.

What did you not like about this institution?
If you are not good with working under pressure in a high paced environment, this is not the place for you.
