Upper management needs to learn and listen to the basest employee. They know what is going on within the business and what happens to solve said problems.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working at this firm is something that I enjoyed. The atmosphere is really nice and everyone seems to look out for each other's best interest, without expecting something back in return. That is often hard to find.

What did you not like about this institution?
Upper management tends to try and resolve issues without fully understanding what is happening and just jumps to conclusions. This can lead to a good amount of problems.
