Working here has been great. The owners have hosted office lunches, holidays gatherings, baby showers, staff retreats, and birthday celebrations. They genuinely care and it comes through. They also work hard to offer a work life balance - which I genuinely appreciate.

There’s ads constantly running for this firm on multiple platforms for a reason. You’ll have to contribute money for your boss & his family’s birthday parties, be told “that were family here” and not be given health insurance, and be micro managed by a petty small business tyrant. Avoid.
