What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Maybe there can be a way for employees to gain new responsibilities and improve their standing within the firm without getting a promotion. I think this would help new employees stay longer.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I liked my time working in this firm, as I think that it was an easy transition to the workforce. The people at the office are very experienced and patient. They are always eager to help and offer guidance, which is extremely helpful for new arrivals.

What did you not like about this institution?
I think that in my case I am a fast learner, and outgrew my position much faster than most which did not leave me many choices within the firm. It is not as big as other firms, and they could not offer me something more suitable to my needs and skills.
