Leadership should pay the support staff more so they will stay longer. It's hard to work efficiently when people are constantly being replaced.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Some of the associates here are really great people. Everyone gets along great and most people are willing to help out if needed.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm seems to blow through support staff very quickly. The work environment isn't that bad, so they obviously aren't paying them enough.
