What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Allow someone to stay for longer than a year and grow, outside of the 2 you allowed because the 1 quit.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
If you're wanting to get your foot in the door at a law firm, their client liaison position is where to start. Everyone is friendly, the work hours are great, including some availability to work from home 2-3 days a week. No one "babysits" everyone does their job well and gets the work done.
What did you not like about this institution?
If you get hired, it's a temporary 1 year position, no matter how much you excel or take on to prove yourself.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Lisa Angel is the hardest to work with. She's still nice, but sometimes is more difficult than needed, refuses to make her own copies even if you're taking an incoming call as that's your biggest job at the firm.
