Advice to law firm management:
Give people better benefits instead of just relying on people staying because it is stable work. Also, work on trying to get people to put their best effort into stuff with these benefits.
Pros:
I have never and I don't ever expect to be worried about losing my job. I am able to stay relaxed and just do my best on my work.
Cons:
The benefits here, as well as the stability, are not up to par with competing firms. A large group of people also seem to not put their best effort into their work.
