What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I really like the firm in general, but less late nights would be a welcome change. Again, I'm sure that all law firms are this way, but I just wanted to mention it."

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The partners and senior associates here are incredibly knowledgeable in their area of expertise. New associates, like myself, are encouraged to work with all the partners to learn everything they can.

What did you not like about this institution?
Long hours and weekend work is the norm here, but I'm sure that's true of pretty much every law firm. Still, it would be nice to go home on time for once.
