The best thing about working here is the great support you will get from the lower level staff as well as the top management. All members of this firm want you to succeed and that is very welcoming.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm has experienced staff turnover which means a reduction and overhaul in its practice areas. The firm may not be seeking to expand in your area of expertise, or they may be downsizing.

Over the years I have made many friendships and wouldn't trade them for anything. At every annual evaluation I begin with 'Oblon is the place to be!' The Oblon firm (family) is a team of dedicated legal professionals and administrative staff who's main goals are to work hard and to provide the best quality work product for our clients. And work hard we do! But... we also have fun. Over the years, I can recall countless get-together's, whether it be at an in-office event or during the annual Holiday Party, where we all come together to have a good time. It's a great way to break away for awhile and enjoy each other's company and really get to know the people we work with. I believe we have exceptional benefits and pay as well as personal time off. Oblon is a firm that can be trusted. There's a very good reason why we've been #1 for so many years.
