The Managing Attorney has done a lot to try and improve the office atmosphere over the past year by making sure everyone is treated the same, and the atmosphere in the office is much better now that some of the troublemakers have left. Benefits are very generous, with fully paid for healthcare and a 401k match.ConsWish you got more PTO before you hit your 5 year mark and regular yearly bonuses are nice, though I wish they were bigger.Advice to ManagementKeep hiring to help with the workload
