As this organization is revenue oriented so you will get a mix of good projects as well as bad projects. Choosing the right projects depend on your ability, so be cautious and work hard. And maintain your work-life as well.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have had the opportunity to see many sides of the business and work with many extraordinarily intelligent people. The culture at this firm is great, definitely a "work hard, play hard"" mentality with lots of opportunity for growth. The leadership team that I have the opportunity to work with was very inspiring and I have learned a lot by simply being engaged with them.

What did you not like about this institution?
There was hardly work life balance. You get to spend time with your family only in the weekends. The hours can be long and challenging. The experience may vary from attorney to attorney/ team to team when it comes to work life integration.
