What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Other than improving the pay and benefits for those who are new to the firm, there isn't much else that can be done to improve the place.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I like working in this law firm mainly due to the clientele we get and the opportunities I get to network. Because of the law firm
What did you not like about this institution?
The pay isn't the greatest thing for individuals who have just gotten into the firm. But I think that can be fixed if somebody has a goal of bettering their role in the firm.
