What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
If the firm could figure out a way to pay associates better I would recommend making that change. It's not that the pay is horrible now, but more money is never a bad thing.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm may be small, but it's a pretty good place to work. The partners, associates, and support staff all seem to love what they do, and it makes the offices a great place to be.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm doesn't pay as well as some of the larger firms in the area, but this is to be expected. Still, I wouldn't turn down a raise.
