Instead of creating a professional and respectful work environment, Robert seemed more interested in shouting and screaming at each other. It was like being in a playground rather than a place of business. To make matters worse, some staff members have filed complaints with the MOM about their experiences within the firm. This speaks volumes about the lack of leadership and empathy within the organization. What's even more alarming is the shockingly high staff turnover rate at Ho&Wee Law Firm. It's no surprise, considering the toxic work culture they foster.
