What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to do a better job of seeking out candidates. It's important to have enough employees, but taking the extra time to find the right candidate will lead to less people leaving in the future.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This law firm does a great job in providing employment to those seeking it. The firm hires new employees almost weekly and seems to always be needing people to help. If you're looking for a place to work this place will surely hire you.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately this firm seems to hire just about anyone. When I applied the application was barely glossed over and management hardly asked any questions. I saw this as a red flag but still continued anyways. It seems they hire almost anyone and don't take the time to hire qualified candidates.
